Arthur C. Clarke Dies
PostedThe man who first brought a vision of what 2001 would be like, and then allowed it to be translated onto screen with groundbreaking special effects a decade later, has died. Arthur C. Clarke, author of a number of fiction and non-fiction books and the co-writer for Stanley Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey" died Wednesday local time. He was 90.
